Nature of the Website

Lackawanna County Released Inmates is an independent reference site. It does not represent Lackawanna County Prison, the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, the Pennsylvania Parole Board, a sheriff, a court, or any other public office. No official custody, release, or court records are stored here. We cannot verify a person’s status, direct a release, or submit a government filing.

The site points readers toward Lackawanna County jail and discharge-record channels, state and federal locators, court resources, and outside research tools. A link or explanation helps a reader find a source. It does not convert our site into the source or custodian of that record.

Permitted and Prohibited Conduct

Visitors must use the website, its content, and any linked resource lawfully and without harming another person or the service.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable. Every remaining provision stays in effect.
